The 11th International Symposium on Parallel and Distributed Computing - ISPDC 2012

in conjunction with

MAC Summer Workshop 2012

June 25-29, 2012

Leibniz Supercomputing Centre

Munich, Germany

Welcome

It is our pleasure to invite you to the 11th International Symposium on Parallel and Distributed Computing (ISPDC 2012). Following very successful runs since 2002 at locations all over Europe, last time in July 2011 in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, next year's ISPDC will be held from June 25th through 29th, 2012, in Munich, Germany, organized by the chairs for Computation in Engineering and Scientific Computing of the Technische Universität München. It features invited and contributed presentations, an industry session, and the final workshop of the Munich Centre of Advanced Computing (MAC). The mission of the 11th International Symposium on Parallel and Distributed Computing is to bring together researchers, engineers, and practitioners involved in the development of new algorithms and architectures for parallel and distributed computing, as well as visualisation and postprocessing. The goal is to provide an interactive and friendly yet professional forum for original research contributions describing novel ideas, groundbreaking results or quantified system experiences. We cordially invite you to submit your contribution to the 11th International Symposium on Parallel and Distributed Computing (ISPDC 2012). We welcome proposals for minisymposia within the scope of the conference. A best paper award will be granted to the paper receiving the highest quality rating from the Program Committee and external reviewers.

We look forward to welcoming you to Munich for the ISPDC in 2012.

Call for papers

You are invited to submit a paper with unpublished original work for ISPDC 2012. We would like to especially encourage young scientists to submit their work. A text version and a PDF version of the Call for Papers is available online here (ASCII / PDF).
